What the panchang is

A panchang has five limbs: tithi (the lunar day), vara (the weekday), nakshatra (the Moon's star), yoga and karana. A tithi is the time the Moon takes to gain 12° on the Sun, so a lunar month has 30 of them; the nakshatra comes from the Moon's position, the yoga from the Sun and Moon added together.

The panchang is reckoned from sunrise, so every city's is slightly different: a tithi ends at the same instant everywhere, but sunrise, Rahu kaal and the muhurtas move with the city.

Every value here is computed with the Swiss Ephemeris and the Lahiri ayanamsa, not estimated.
